   Quality is rigorously verified before leaving Kenya. Every single consignment undergoes a comprehensive, multi-step inspection protocol to guarantee that only export-grade flora reaches international markets

     Visual & Condition Assessment: Each batch is meticulously examined for color intensity, petal firmness, stem strength, and overall vitality, ensuring products are free from visible blemishes, disease, or transit stress.

   Facility Transfer & International Dispatch

   Precision time management from facility to takeoff. Exporting perishables is a race against time. A shipment isn't simply "sent" — it is actively managed through every minute of transfer, cargo handoff, and flight coordination to safeguard vase life and freshness. Our logistical competence ensures every movement between our export facility and the aircraft hold is synchronized for maximum efficiency.

   • Efficient Staging & Terminal Transfer: Managed, time-critical transit from the packing facility to the air cargo terminal minimizes downtime and ambient environmental exposure.

   • Rigorous Cargo Acceptance & Priority Handling: Prompt handoff to airport handling agents in compliance with standard perishable protocols, aiming for swift placement into temperature-monitored holding zones.

   • Synchronized Documentation Verification: Efficient verification of export documentation and phytosanitary clearance to minimize the risk of airport delays or missed flight cut-offs.

   • Proactive Flight Coordination: Continuous communication with air carriers to align transfer times with scheduled departures, supporting efficient shipment dispatch.

7. 07

   Destination Logistics & Final Delivery

   The exact point where our liability transfers depends strictly on your agreed Incoterm. Managing global perishable supply chains requires absolute clarity at the destination. Because delivery structures vary based on your commercial agreement, Ansta Orchid clearly defines where our operational risk transitions to yours. Whether your cargo is handled at the arrival airport or transferred to your facility, every step aligns with the Incoterms selected for your order.

   • Airport Arrival & Handover: Where the agreed term ends at the destination airport (for example DAP, with the airport named as the place of delivery), our direct responsibility concludes once the cargo is verified and accepted at the destination terminal. Under terms such as CIP, we arrange and pay for carriage and insurance to the named destination, but risk passes to you earlier, when the goods are handed to the first carrier.

   • Import Compliance & Coordination: Subject to the agreed Incoterms, final import duties, local customs clearance, and destination regulatory inspections are managed either by your designated broker or coordinated through our logistics network.

   • Onward Climate Transfer & Final Delivery: For door-to-door arrangements (such as DAP or DDP), temperature-monitored local transport is arranged to transfer the shipment from the import terminal to your facility to complete the transit chain.
